ROOM RATE: $80.00 per night, plus tax. King Room - Non Smoking - Ask for Clinton - Sherman Group. Deadline to book your room is August 25. After August 25 it will be available rooms only.

 

NOTE: The hotel offers a self serve type breakfast - NO Charge.

 

Note: If we can book 10 rooms by the deadline we will be provided with a free meeting room.

 

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:

 

Friday - 25 - Leave hotel parking lot at 9am. Travel to Clarkson - covered bridge - county park- No Charge.

Travel to Brandin` Iron Steak House for lunch (variety of foods available) - at your expense.

Travel to Ave Marie Grotto (Admission – Approximately $5.00 per person.

Hotel Meeting Room - 6:00pm - Meet & Greet.- Pizza and drinks will be available.

 

Saturday 26 - Leave hotel parking lot at 8am. Travel 45 miles (by van) to U.S. Space & Rocket Center, Huntsville, Alabama - Admission - $20.00 per person, unless a group discount can be obtained.

 

Business Meeting, Meal and Auction - 6pm until - ? To be held at: Good Hope Town Hall,134 Town Hall Drive in Cullman. The Meeting Room is located at the Red Awing Door, in the basement. The meal will be lasagna & salad and catered by Carton’s Italian Restaurant. The cost of the meal will be absorbed by the Association.
